1. Reservations and Booking Policies

1. Room Reservations: Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. All reservations are subject to availability. Specific rooms or requests (e.g., Shabbat-compliant accommodations) are subject to confirmation and availability at the time of booking.
2. Conference Rooms and Event Spaces: Our conference rooms and ballrooms may be reserved for business meetings, weddings, and other events. 3. Cancellation Policy:
   • Standard Room Reservations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are subject to a one-night charge.

• Keyless Entry and Pre-Set Lighting: Shabbat-compliant rooms are equipped with keyless entry and pre-set lighting upon request.
